Shipping & delivery policy

Dispatch and delivery are different

The confirmed order records the dispatch schedule. Transit time begins after dispatch and depends on destination and carrier. Organic production lead times are 45 days from order confirmation, or 60 days for EU; these are not delivery guarantees.

Freight and destination

Freight, taxes, duties and the agreed delivery arrangement are confirmed in the quotation before order acceptance. Please provide the full delivery address, country, postal code and any unloading or import requirements. No free-shipping threshold is implied for bulk orders.

Custom packing

Your chosen units are packed from the agreed total material weight. Leafy materials allow 1, 5, 10 and 20 kg packs; flowers currently allow 1, 5 and 10 kg; other materials allow 1, 5, 10 and 25 kg, subject to the confirmed specification and pack suitability.

Receiving the order

Check package condition and quantities on receipt. If a shipment appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, retain packaging and batch labels and contact us promptly with the invoice reference, photographs and details so we can investigate with the carrier.

Schedule changes

If an agreed schedule changes, the revised position will be communicated. Destination documentation, customer approvals and changes to the order may affect dispatch. Contact info@root2leaforganic.com for shipment questions.
