Payment policy

Staging prices

₹400 per kg is a temporary review price across this staging catalogue, as instructed by Root2Leaf. It is not a binding commercial quotation. Approved prices will replace it before live ordering.

What your order total includes

The review subtotal is the selected material weight multiplied by its per-kg price. For an organic invoice, the optional TC charge is ₹10,000 once per invoice, not once per line. Taxes and freight are not included until confirmed in the final quotation.

Payment and confirmation

This staging site does not collect payments. The live payment method, payment schedule, tax treatment and order-confirmation process will be stated before checkout is activated. Do not transfer funds based solely on a staging cart.

Documents and refunds

The confirmed invoice identifies the accepted items, quantities and applicable charges. Cancellation and refund requests follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the written order terms. Contact info@root2leaforganic.com for payment or invoice queries.
