Information and purpose

When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, email, phone, delivery address, tax details and project requirements. We use relevant information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil confirmed orders, provide documents and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information in project briefs.

This staging website

Cart selections are stored in this browser. The staging checkout does not send its fields to an order server or collect payment. Email and WhatsApp links open the selected service; information is sent only when you choose to send it. Their providers process communications under their own privacy terms. Hosting and font providers may receive technical request information when pages load.

Sharing and retention

For an accepted business order, necessary information may be shared with contracted delivery, communication, accounting and payment providers for the relevant purpose, or where legally required. Records should be retained only for business and applicable legal needs. The final live-site notice will identify the activated service providers and retention arrangements.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a concern. Analytics and updates

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and shopping interactions, and Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Advertising tracking is disabled. Account, login, administration and private document pages are excluded; Clarity is also excluded from cart and checkout. Form inputs are masked. These providers process technical information such as browser, device and network information when you accept analytics. Staging measurements are kept separate from production.

Enquiries and customer care

When you submit an enquiry, Root2Leaf stores the details you provide, your product interest, source page and campaign labels in a private customer register. We use them to respond and provide the service you request. Phone, company and location are optional. Product updates have a separate, unchecked choice. Contact details are not sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Email info@root2leaforganic.com to request access, correction or removal of your enquiry details.

Google product remarketing requires separate permission and an activated advertising account. Production advertising is disabled on this staging website.
